Shocking experience, the photographer failed to turn up on time for the arranged photo shoot, spent most of his time on the phone trying to sort out an employee issue (reception left the building crying shortly after the photographer arrived) and then the photo prints weren't available at the promised time. Since then we have disputed other elements of the agreement and are still in dispute with the studio over failing to deliver in accordance with their agreement.
