Poor service. Either dont answer your call or you are at least left trying to connect for about 20 minutes to speak to someone. When you do get to speak to someone youre then left on hold for excessive amounts of time. If you ask for them to ring back rather than leave you on hold they never do so you have to go through the whole process again.
