I have been living in one of their building for the last three years. I moved to sharjah since I heard the rent stays the same for three years but little did I know that they have new ways of harrassment. Every year I am charged 1800 aed as renewal fees, hra, and municipality and maintenance. The jet spray in the toilet has been leaking over a month and finally after making about 6 calls the maintenance person turned up. He said the jet spray needs replacement and that the parts are out of stock. So I have been waiting for eternity for them to come and fix it in spite of the continous water leak. This is one of the many incidences and so many others that are not reported. I hope someone is listening.
