Very bad and worst experience we had with bab al falah real estate. People pls be aware. A person called.mr.kashif and team fooled us showing fake apartments which not at all available and took cheques from us saying that it is for booking. Latter they didnt give us any apartment till our contract renewal date in our old building. This person who promised also went to pakistan without doing any arrangements for giving us apartment with in the promised date. Finally we had to renew here only in our old building as we are with 2kids and cannot stand in road beleiving these type of cheaters.After this when we ask them to give back our cheques they blackmailed us and took simply 600dhs for nothing except showing fake apartments and gave our cheques. Please people be aware of bab al falah real estate and peoples of it. Especially mr.kashif and team.
