Charisma organizing services were good in regards of hotel reservation, transportation arrangements only. The details of the conference were baldly managed. Their employees attitude is rather arrogant , incooperatiove and lacks flexibility. You ask about any conference details they just repeat themselves with no actual response. They even added a wake up call to the rooms without informing the delegates as if we are kids forced to wake up for school and they had one of their team standing in the breakfast room to push us out of it to attend the conference. We are all adults and very highly certified doctors such acts are not acceptable. Next time I find that a conference is arranged by charisma I am not attending .
