very upprofessionals , i visited the branch in international city i ask if they are cutting hairs and the lady said yes, clearly ask if she really know how and in the end mess up. i had a short hair already and im just wanted to make shorter but unfortunately the lady who did it to my hair who claim a hair dresser in the end i found out a manicuriest. manager came and tried to fixed but unfortunately its already unfixeable as she make it more shorter as there is no other option. dont visit this salon in terms of har cutting.
